Validate their current SAP --> Snowflake integration, which is metadata driven and highly scalable.
Validate their AI Agentic framework that is in place & live in production; advise on how to scale this efficiently from hundreds of users to thousands.

Required experience:-

Strong SAP BW experience & deep understanding of the data models, etc.
Strong expertise in SAP to Snowflake integration (preferably who has done a metadata driven workflow, rather than a manual setup)
Strong Snowflake Cortex expertise (especially Cortex Agents & CoWork), including implementation and scaling experience.

Key areas where we see value:-

SAP BW → Snowflake: Hands-on implementation experience including BW modernization patterns, SNP Glue, dbt, Dagster, or similar approaches.
Snowflake & Data Architecture: Analytics engineering, data modeling, Python/SQL, Semantic Views, Cortex, and operating Snowflake at scale.
Agentic Engineering: Reusable skills, workflows, plugins, knowledge vaults, evaluations, observability, and enterprise AI operating patterns.
Enterprise Context & Architecture: Ontologies, knowledge graphs, and reusable enterprise context across domains.
Deep SAP Expertise: Particularly from practitioners who have navigated the transition from traditional SAP architectures into modern cloud-native data and AI environments.
