Job Description:

We are seeking a Physical Security Software Engineer with handson experience in configuring and supporting physical security applications. The role involves managing software platforms, handling production support tasks, and ensuring the reliability and performance of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and support physical security applications

Provide production support for security software issues

Manage user provisioning, access levels, and system integrations

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within physical security systems

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support incident response and upgrades

Document configurations, changes, and support procedures

Required Skills:

Experience with Lenel OnGuard and Genetec security platforms

Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to support software in production environments

Understanding of physical security system workflows

Good communication and teamwork skills
