Engineering Program Manager - Video Advertising Platform

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs supporting enterprise Video Advertising Platforms. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Engineering, Product Management, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing engineering programs in a fast-paced technology environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable applications and services. Experience in the Digital Advertising, AdTech, Video Streaming, or Media Technology domain is highly preferred.

Experience Required

• 10+ Years of IT experience
• 5+ Years of Engineering Program Management experience
• Experience managing enterprise-scale engineering programs in large technology organizations
• Experience in Video Advertising, Digital Advertising, AdTech, Media, or Streaming Platforms is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale engineering programs from planning through production deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track program health, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Business, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams across different business units.
• Drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive-level program reviews and status reporting.

Engineering Delivery

• Manage software development programs throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Coordinate product releases, deployment activities, and engineering execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve blockers.
• Ensure engineering best practices are followed across teams.

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Develop mitigation plans and communicate issues to leadership.
• Manage competing priorities and changing business requirements.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and executive summaries.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Present program updates to senior leadership and executive teams.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve program execution processes and delivery methodologies.
• Drive operational excellence and process optimization.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
