As a Business Analyst for a global technology leader, you will play a critical role in optimizing the tools and knowledge systems that power international support teams. Whether you are deep-diving into user feedback to identify root causes or building the roadmap for future knowledge management capabilities, your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of global service delivery.

responsibilities:
- Monitor and review ESS feedback in OCV on a daily basis.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify underlying issues.
- Classify feedback into categories and assign ownership to relevant teams for resolution.
- Track assigned items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Document and build out Knowledge Management (KM) requirements and roadmaps.
- Partner with stakeholders and Enterprise Project Managers (EPMs) to align KM initiatives with business needs.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new KM solutions and tools.
- Generate status reports and present findings/outcomes to leadership.
qualifications:
Data Analysis: Minimum 3 years of experience using PowerBI to build reports and custom dashboards.
Microsoft Office: Minimum 2 years of experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Stakeholder Management: Minimum 2 years of experience presenting data and information to key stakeholders.
Professional Experience: 2-4 years of overall experience in a business analyst or operations role.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Technical knowledge to distinguish between process, content, and technical issues.
Experience with Enterprise Applications.
Background in project management or organizational knowledge-sharing objectives.
