Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and optimize Azure DevOps Services (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Test Plans)
Manage GitHub Enterprise (repositories, permissions, teams, SSO, governance)
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions
Configure branch policies, security groups, service connections, and agent pools
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
Integrate Azure services including AKS, Azure Functions, SQL, Key Vault, and Storage
Monitor DevOps environments, troubleshoot deployment issues, and ensure compliance/security standards
Collaborate with development, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to support DevOps best practices

Required Skills:

5+ years of Azure DevOps experience (Admin + Engineering)
Strong expertise in Azure DevOps Services and Azure Cloud Administration
Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise (Cloud/Server)
Deep knowledge of CI/CD, branching strategies, and DevOps methodologies
Experience with Terraform / Bicep / ARM Templates
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305)
GitHub Certifications
Experience with Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics
Knowledge of .NET, Java, or Node.js
Experience with YAML pipelines and GitHub Copilot
