Summary

We are seeking a senior-level .NET & Power BI Developer to spearhead application development, business intelligence, and system modernization initiatives. This role bridges the gap between full-stack Microsoft development and advanced data analytics, ensuring executive leadership has access to clean, actionable insights.

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Required (No Remote/Hybrid)

Location: Jackson, MS

Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST/CST

Core Focused Pillars & Key Skills

Application Modernization: Architecting, enhancing, and securing internal web apps using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, APIs, and Web Forms.
Business Intelligence & Reporting: Designing high-impact Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and visualizations using advanced DAX and Power Query.
Data & Database Infrastructure: Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and ETL/data transformation workflows.
Modern Frontend & Legacy Support: Utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or AngularJS), and modernizing legacy processes (Visual Basic).
Team Leadership: Transforming complex stakeholder business requirements into technical solutions and mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Highlights

Experience in a government, public sector, or enterprise IT environment.
Familiarity with Cloud & Identity systems (Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
