JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support major components of a strategic enterprise migration from Alteryx to Tableau and Power BI.
The ideal candidate will help redesign reporting architecture, modernize data transformation workflows, and ensure efficient and accurate data flows across systems.
This role requires strong handson expertise with Alteryx, advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, and the ability to translate complex legacy workflows into scalable, modern reporting solutions.

SKILL SET:

Alteryx, Tableau/PowerBI, strong understanding of reporting and information flow

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to and help lead large workstreams in the Alteryx Tableau/Power BI migration initiative.
Analyze and deconstruct complex Alteryx workflows, identifying opportunities to redesign, simplify, and optimize them for modern BI tools.
Rebuild or refactor workflows and processes to support scalable dashboarding and reporting in Tableau and Power BI.
Assist in the design and development of scalable reporting solutions and visualization frameworks.
Develop highquality dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI, ensuring alignment with business requirements and visualization best practices.
Create KPIs, reusable reporting components, and standardized templates.
Ensure accurate data flow and transformation logic throughout the migration process.
Support governance and documentation standards, including data lineage, data quality checks, and workflow documentation.
Work closely with senior analysts, business partners, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.
Partner with stakeholders to support the definition of reporting standards, governance rules, and futurestate BI architecture.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
Advanced expertise in Alteryx, including workflow design, optimization, automation, and troubleshooting.
Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data modeling.
Solid understanding of reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data visualization best practices.
Experience contributing to BI or reporting migration/modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of data transformation processes and how data flows across systems and business functions.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and help design scalable reporting solutions.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with or helping define BI governance frameworks.
Advanced SQL skills for analytics, validation, and workflow support.
Experience mentoring team members or providing technical guidance.
Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and data modeling concepts.
