Role Summary
The Human Risk Product Analyst supports solutions focused on reducing human‑driven cyber security risk through data analysis, behavioral insights, and targeted controls. The role evaluates human risk and security awareness tools, assesses their effectiveness, and partners with Cyber, Risk, and IT teams to optimize outcomes aligned to business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze human cyber risk using behavioral, threat, and awareness data
Evaluate and support human risk and security awareness products and tools
Assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements based on insights
Document SOPs, processes, and control workflows
Support product configuration, optimization, and adoption
Partner with Cyber Security, Risk, and IT stakeholders

Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in cyber security, risk analysis, product analytics, or security awareness
Strong analytical skills with experience using behavioral or security data
Understanding of human‑centric cyber risk and security controls
Strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills
