Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise DevOps transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing scalable cloud-native environments while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across development and production systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments.
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to streamline release processes.
  • Implement DevOps best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring.
  • Manage source control repositories and branching strategies using Git.
  • Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
  • Perform infrastructure performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
  • Implement security controls, compliance standards, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting languages and configuration management tools.
  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and recommend infrastructure improvements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps standards and best practices.
  • Support Agile/Scrum development and release management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.
  • Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Shell Scripting, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls, SSL/TLS, and Routing.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and version control best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and API Management.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps, security automation, and compliance standards.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Certification.
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
  • Experience with Serverless Architectures and Cloud-Native Applications.
  • Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies such as Istio.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise production environments.
  • Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master''s degree preferred.
