Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our datacenter based, on-prem, and cloud strategies. This role focuses on managing and automating cloud environments while ensuring seamless integration with on-prem and datacenter systems. You will drive efficiency, scalability, and security across our infrastructure through advanced automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Management: Design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure (networks, compute, storage, security) with a focus on Azure and hybrid environments. Design, build, and support on-premise and datacenter based server and virtual server based solutions. Automation & IaC: Implement automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to streamline deployments and reduce manual processes. Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization to ensure maximum performance and cost efficiency. Integration & Scalability: Develop solutions that integrate cloud services with on-prem systems, ensuring high availability and scalability. Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for cloud security, identity management, and compliance across all environments. Documentation & Standards: Maintain clear operational documentation and enforce standards for automated workflows and cloud governance. Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies and automation trends, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years of professional experience. Proven expertise in Azure cloud architecture, deployment, and management. Strong experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Solid understanding of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation tasks. Background in Windows and Linux server administration and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, Load Balancing). Experience implementing cloud backup strategies and disaster recovery solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for infrastructure automation. Practical experience enforcing security best practices in cloud environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
