Job Description:
We are in search for a Logistics lead who can partner with our current lead in that area. The ideal candidate would be an experienced, on shore person that has both EWM and IM experience.
The project consists of transitioning our ERP from Oracle to SAP S/4 Hana so that all our factories will now be in SAP. As Logistics is a large area, we are in need of some additional support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM and Inventory Management (IM).
Good functional knowledge of SAP MM, WM/EWM, and QM modules.
Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP Logistics and Supply Chain processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or ERP transformation projects.
Experience supporting Oracle-to-SAP ERP migrations or similar large-scale ERP transformations is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, functional troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
Experience coordinating with ABAP and technical development teams.
Strong experience in regression testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Proven experience in cutover planning, go-live execution, and Hypercare support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with existing functional leads and business teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experienced SAP Logistics Functional Lead or Senior SAP EWM/IM Consultant.
Strong combination of EWM and IM expertise, supported by working knowledge of MM, WM, and QM.
Experience in manufacturing or multi-factory environments.
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and leading functional support activities.
Onshore candidate with availability to support cutover and go-live activities.
