Summary

Core Responsibilities

  • Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product within IBOR, ensuring alignment with portfolio accounting and investment operations workflows.
  • Participates in the design and continuous improvement of IBOR-related technical solutions that support real-time investment data delivery.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
  • Coach technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
  • Leads the planning, development and implementation of new technical products. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
  • Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  • Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participates in the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  • Participates in the design and continuous improvement of IBOR-related technical solutions that support real-time investment data delivery.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
  • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IBOR and its role in delivering real-time investment data while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Experience with IBOR platforms (e.g., SimCorp, Eagle, Aladdin) and knowledge of portfolio accounting systems, trade lifecycle, and corporate actions preferred.
  • Familiarity with investment operations, data management, and asset management technology environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
