Experience

10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing

S/4HANA experience mandatory

Role Summary

Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and supply chain processes for semiconductor capital equipment manufacturers (e.g., Applied Materials-type environments), supporting ETO/CTO, high-value, serialized products, and complex global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end S/4HANA solutions for semiconductor equipment manufacturing

Lead Manufacturing (PP / MM) processes including ETO/CTO, long lead-time planning, capacity scheduling, Master scheduling and MRP.

Define Logistics & Procurement (MM/LE) processes for global sourcing, subcontracting, and intercompany flows

Ensure integration across PP, MM, EWM, QM, SD, PS, and FI/CO

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, testing, cutover, and go-live activities

Act as a trusted advisor to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP, MM specially in supply chain processes.

At Least 3 End to End implementation experience with one of them in S/4 HANA.

Deep understanding of semiconductor / capital equipment manufacturing processes

Expertise in ETO/CTO, serial number management, and long lead-time planning

Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions

Knowledge of SAP Activate and Fiori.

Ability to develop functional specs as required and work with development team to develop and est.

Preferred

PP-DS, aATP, Project System (PS) integration

Global template or multi-plant rollout experience

Prior experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing
