Cloud Experience: Proficiency with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.Required:- Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (last polygraph must be within the last five (05) years)
- Candidate would be expected to be "On call" to support system operations.
- Must have fourteen (14) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (i.e. Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (04) years of additional relevant experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Requires software engineering experience who can support cloud-native deployments and DevOps-related activities.
- Experience in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to existing software
- Experience in enhanced infrastructure security protocols
- Knowledge in Identifying manual processes that can be automated
- Experience in maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure
- Automate code integration, testing, and deployment to deliver product features to production securely and efficiently.
- Provision and manage environments using automation tools instead of manual server configurations.
- Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to proactively detect bottlenecks and resolve production issues.
- Manage containerized applications to ensure seamless scaling across platforms.
- Work directly with the infrastructure and platform team to remove workflow barriers and streamline technical processes.
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
