Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Millwright (433A) to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial mechanical equipment in a processing facility.
This position requires a hands-on trades professional with strong experience working on pumps, rotating equipment, piping systems, and mechanical components. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing equipment issues, performing rebuilds, and maintaining critical production equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
- Rebuild and service pumps, including replacing seals, bearings, and performing alignment
- Diagnose and repair issues with rotating equipment and mechanical systems
- Maintain and repair piping systems, valves, and associated components
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and scheduled servicing
- Install, align, and rebuild mechanical equipment as required
- Support maintenance activities on centrifuge and dewatering equipment
- Perform welding and basic fabrication work to support repairs
- Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and confined space protocols
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate repair status with operations teams
