Postmarket Surveillance Analyst Plano TX

Location : Plano, TX - 75024

Project Duration : 12+ months of contract
Pay rate : $35/hr on W2

Screening Questions:

Can you briefly describe your educational background and how it relates to biomedical engineering, life sciences, nursing, or healthcare?

Do you have experience handling customer complaints, adverse events, or service issues? If yes, can you explain your role and what types of complaints you worked on?

Have you had any exposure to FDA regulations, complaint reporting, postmarket surveillance, or quality systems (even through coursework, internships, or training)?

This role involves detailed data entry and documentation. What systems or tools have you used to enter, track, or manage data (Excel, SAP, databases, ticketing systems, etc.)?

Can you give an example of how you communicated complex or sensitive information clearly either to a customer, healthcare professional, or internal team?

Job Description::

Duties: Primary function candidate manages and maintains high level complaints, regulatory reports, (FDA) investigation procedures; collect data and enter data into system; Training will be 4-6 weeks.
Experience: (entry level position) 1 year max of Customer Service, compliant reporting, Class 3; clinical background exp is a plus (Lab tech, LVN, Nurse, related to health care).

Will consider candidates with Quality background
Key Skills: Customer Service, Time Management, Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization; MS office suite (Excel), SAP, typing, self-sufficient
Education: B.S is required Biomedical Engineering; Life Science or closely related discipline or relevant combination of education & experience (Nursing); Will consider Fresh Grads & Associate with 3yr of undergrad. PHD/ Master may be overqualified.
