About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead / Architect with deep experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. Proven in translating business needs into robust architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and driving end-to-end implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Strong focus on best practices, governance, and long-term platform sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as a technical expert and lead in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications using best practices and emerging technologies.

Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.

Ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.

Participate in the planning, estimation, and execution of Salesforce projects, providing technical leadership and expertise.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues, acting as a subject matter expert.

Contribute to the development of standards, best practices, and process improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications.

Mandatory Skills

Required Education

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Experience

14+ years of overall software development experience, with 10 12 years dedicated exclusively to Salesforce architecture, design, and development.

Extensive hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

Proven track record in architecting, designing, and delivering complex Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise-scale requirements.

Strong experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security model, and compliance standards.

Significant experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and external systems using APIs and middleware.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, perform solution reviews, and guide development using Salesforce architectural principles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, reinforcing deep platform expertise.

Salesforce Certified Lightning Experience Specialist certification.
