Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Engineer / Business Process Analyst to analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role requires strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process models using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi
- Recommend and implement process improvements
Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications (BRD/FRD)
- Prioritize requirements based on business impact
Solution Implementation
- Work with IT and technical teams on process automation and system enhancements
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of new solutions
Performance Monitoring
- Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness
- Provide ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement
Change Management & Collaboration
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Support change management efforts and user adoption
- Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or process improvement
- Strong experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi)
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools
- Exposure to ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
- Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments
