Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with Java/.NET coding exp-Full time-Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and full-stack development to support platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud-native services, scripting and automation, backend API development using Java or .NET, and frontend development using React.

This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud platforms, building automation frameworks, and developing lightweight engineering tools and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments.

• Develop backend APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core to support platform automation and integrations.

• Build lightweight operational dashboards and internal tools using React.

• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, or CloudFormation.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

• Integrate monitoring, logging, and security tools into cloud platforms to ensure reliability and compliance.

• Collaborate with DevOps and platform engineering teams to design CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.

• Troubleshoot cloud, infrastructure, and application integration issues across hybrid environments.

• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

• Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security standards, and best engineering practices.

• Support container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.

• Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in cloud engineering and automation.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services.

• Strong experience with Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.

• Proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core.

• Experience developing UI components or dashboards using React.

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.

• Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
