Job Title: Senior CA Plex Application Developer

Remote

Duration: One Year Contract with possibility of extensions

Job Description:

IRG Clients seeking an experienced Senior CA Plex Application Developer to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications built using CA Plex. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical systems. The developer will work closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams to analyze requirements, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance existing applications developed in CA Plex.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Perform code development, debugging, testing, and deployment of application changes.
Provide production support and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Work on system integrations with internal and external applications.
Participate in system design reviews and recommend improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and security standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and upgrades.

Required Skills:

15+ years of experience with application development
15+ years of experience with CA Plex or similar 4GL/model-driven environments
15+ years of experience with SQL Server / T-SQL
15+ years of experience with debugging
15+ years of experience with API integrations (Rest, Windows Services, MicroServices, XML, Soap)
10+ years of experience with maintaining legacy or enterprise systems
5+ years of experience in State court case management and jury management systems

Preferred Skills:

Generated languages (C++, Java, or .NET from Plex)
Batch processing and transactional systems
Data warehousing environments
Case lifecycle (filed, pending, disposed)
Court performance metrics (backlog, clearance rates)
