Job Title:  Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Location: Maryland Heights- MO, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite.

Required Skills:

5+ min years of data analysis and reporting experience

This person must be detail-oriented, so the manager pays close attention to both your LI account and resume since it’s a representation of the candidate.

Extensive SQL experience and communication skills (reading the audience/stakeholder relationship builder) are the keys for this role

Reporting, data visualization/dashboards experience - They use Business Objects for reports but will consider any tool - Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS etc.

This role will interact with the business. Must be outgoing, proactive and able to talk to users to elicit requirements.

Can take a project from end-to-end, excellent communication/people skills, and is interested in a path towards a leadership/manager position – looking for the right person who can learn our technical landscape and grow into a manager down the road - Leadership experience a plus!

Must be a very strong communicator – This person will be straddling the line between Analyst and DBA, so they must be very strong in SQL
