Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Manage product costing and maintain accurate documentation through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Monitor key project milestones and escalate any issues that may impact timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet financial targets and drive product execution.

Skills

• Experience in global product development with a strong understanding of design and merchandising principles.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a track record of effectively managing multiple challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with garment costing and BOM maintenance.
• Experience in collaborating with international sourcing partners.
• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and concepts.
