Are you a results-driven Process Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement, manufacturing optimization, and problem-solving? Join an industry-leading manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in improving production performance, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, scrap, waste, and production variability

  • Analyze manufacturing data, including line performance, material usage, cycle times, and quality metrics

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and employee training materials

  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, DOE, FMEA, and other continuous improvement methodologies

  • Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and new technology implementation

  • Optimize production processes, material flow, and work cell layouts to improve efficiency and product quality

  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to resolve manufacturing challenges

  • Promote a strong safety culture and support regulatory compliance and workplace safety programs


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline

  • 3+ years of Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement experience

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred

  • Experience with PLC programming, automation systems, sensors, or mistake-proofing technologies is a plus
