Location: Coldwater
Employment Status: Salary Full-Time
Pay Range: $65,000 - $82,000
Target Bonus: 5%

Position Summary

Develop project cost and schedule estimates for Build-to-Print based request for quotes. Identify the manufacturing process, accurately develop the cost model, create quotations and provide other supporting information as needed to sell Lincoln Electric Automation-designed equipment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the feasibility of Build-to-Print projects based on data supplied by Sales, Engineering, Management and Customers.
  • Identify, develop and assist in the development of tools needed for the quoting process
  • Help to develop manufacturing processes and concepts capable of producing systems or products
  • Assist as necessary with customer communication, presentations, and trade related events.
  • Follow-up as necessary with sales, customers, and representatives.
  • Responsible for following Department ISO procedures
  • Participate in activities to ensure continued process improvements.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Associate degree in technical discipline desired
  • Basic CAD experience (3D modeling is a plus)
  • Understanding of basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
  • 3 years' minimum experience working with customers and suppliers
  • Experience working in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective writing and communication skills.

  • The ability to work with multiple teams and inner company contacts to ensure customer project success
