Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking Site Manager / On-Site Supervisor professionals for our client in Austin, TX 78723. This is a temporary contract assignment supporting high-volume contact center staffing operations. We are seeking 1 Site Manager and 2 On-Site Supervisors. Position Title: Site Manager / On-Site Supervisor
Openings: 1 Site Manager + 2 On-Site Supervisors
Location: Austin, TX 78723
Duration: Temporary Contract
Work Schedule: On-site; schedule flexibility required to support contact center operating hours
Pay Rate: Site Manager: $35–$38/hr W2 | On-Site Supervisor: $27–$30/hr W2
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Site Manager:
- Lead day-to-day on-site staffing operations for high-volume contact centers.
- Oversee temporary/contract personnel and on-site supervisors.
- Manage staffing, workforce coverage, attendance, scheduling, performance, and employee relations.
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, retention, replacements, and urgent staffing needs.
- Monitor workforce KPIs, SLAs, staffing activity, attrition, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate timesheet/payroll administration and employee-related issues.
- Serve as a primary operational contact with client management.
- Support account reviews and ensure compliance with client policies and contract requirements.
On-Site Supervisor:
- Provide direct, day-to-day on-site supervision of temporary/hourly/contract employees.
- Monitor attendance, reliability, productivity, quality, and professional conduct.
- Manage schedules, absences, replacement coverage, and staffing shortages.
- Coach employees and address performance, behavioral, and workplace issues.
- Support onboarding, orientation, training, engagement, and retention.
- Support timesheet/payroll administration and workforce reporting.
- Maintain employee documentation and escalate issues as required.
- Communicate with client leadership regarding staffing and employee performance.
- Participate in account reviews, job fairs, and other staffing activities as required.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
Site Manager:
- Experience managing large-scale temporary, contingent, or hourly workforces.
- Call center/contact center or high-volume customer service experience.
- Experience managing supervisors/team leads and large employee populations.
- Staffing operations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention experience.
- Experience with attendance, scheduling, workforce coverage, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience with timesheet/payroll administration and KPI/SLA reporting.
- Strong client/stakeholder management experience.
- Public-sector, Texas government, utility, 311/911, or emergency-response experience is highly preferred.
On-Site Supervisor:
- Direct supervision of temporary, hourly, contract, or customer service employees.
- Call center/contact center or high-volume customer service experience.
- Experience with attendance, scheduling, workforce coverage, and backfills.
- Employee coaching, performance management, and corrective-action experience.
- Employee relations and workplace issue resolution experience.
- New-hire onboarding, orientation, and training experience.
- Timesheet/payroll and workforce reporting experience.
- Strong client/stakeholder communication skills.
- Public-sector, Texas government, utility, 311/911, or multi-shift operations experience is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements for Both Positions:
- Must be able to work physically on-site in Austin, TX.
- Austin/Austin Metro candidates strongly preferred.
- Must have flexibility to support varying contact center schedules, including extended hours, weekends, holidays, or emergencies as required.
- Experience with Excel, ATS/VMS, workforce management systems, timekeeping systems, dashboards, and KPI reporting is preferred.
