Position: Middleware  Integration Developer

Location: Open to Remote ( Open for both Canada and USA but Candidate should be flexible to travel to the client location in Salem, NH based on the requirement)

Duration: 8+ Months with possibility of extensions

We are looking for an experienced Middleware / Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in Workato and Informatica. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing integration solutions across enterprise applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

•            Design and develop API-led integration solutions using Workato, Informatica, and other middleware technologies.

•            Integrate enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion and Oracle CPQ.

•            Work on Contact Center integrations, preferably with NICE CaaS or similar platforms.

•            Develop and support file transfer integrations using technologies such as Akamai and WinSCP.

•            Implement robust error handling, exception management, logging, and monitoring for integrations.

•            Troubleshoot middleware issues and resolve performance problems, especially while processing large volumes of data.

•            Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration requirements.

•            Identify opportunities to use AI within middleware/integration processes to improve automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolution.

•            Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers.

•            Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

•            Strong experience with Workato and Informatica.

•            Experience with API-led integration and middleware development.

•            Experience integrating Oracle Fusion and Oracle CPQ.

•            Experience with NICE CaaS or Contact Center integrations is preferred.

•            Experience with Akamai, WinSCP, or similar file-transfer solutions.

•            Strong understanding of middleware architecture and error handling.

•            Good knowledge of SQL queries.

•            Experience troubleshooting large-volume data processing and performance issues.

•            Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

•            Experience with code review and mentoring.

•            Understanding of AI use cases in middleware/integration is a plus.

•            Experience designing scalable and reliable integration solutions.
