Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, multi-domain initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for driving alignment, execution, and visibility across up to seven concurrent projects, many of which are currently in at-risk ("red") status and involve extensive cross-functional dependencies.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, exceptional program leadership skills, and experience navigating highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end oversight of 7 concurrent, interdependent programs, ensuring alignment to business goals and delivery timelines
Track and manage milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects with up to 19 cross-functional dependent teams.
Coordinate across multiple domains, each with their own program leadership, to drive cohesion and unified execution
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to move projects from red to green status
Establish and maintain program-level governance, reporting, and communication plans
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and deliverables
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making across diverse teams
Provide leadership updates and executive-level reporting on program health and progress
Serve as a central point of coordination across all initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, managing complex, enterprise-level initiatives
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects (5-7+) with high levels of interdependency
Strong technical understanding to effectively engage with engineering teams and assess impact of dependencies
Demonstrated success operating in large, highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and business units
Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and dependency mapping
Ability to navigate and influence across diverse personalities and leadership styles
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder management
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
Experience working in the Financial Services industry

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
