About the role

The AI, Data & Technology Analyst helps identify, evaluate, and apply AI, data, and emerging technology capabilities that deliver measurable business value. Embedded within a Strategic Finance & Operations (SFO) team, this role partners closely with senior leaders to translate new technologies into scalable, practical solutions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that emphasizes judgment, impact, and real-world outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Research AI models, tools, platforms, and agent frameworks with a focus on practical adoption, scalability, and economic impact.
  • Identify and assess high-value AI use cases across finance, operations, technology, product, and risk.
  • Prototype and test AI workflows and agents to evaluate technical feasibility and business value.
  • Conduct vendor assessments and technical diligence, separating real capability from hype and aligning solutions to business needs.
  • Support technology strategy initiatives, including tool evaluations, build-vs-buy decisions, and emerging technology monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the enterprise data landscape across business units to improve AI effectiveness and inform data consolidation and strategy.
  • Translate complex technical considerations (cost, latency, reliability, accuracy) into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to broader strategic priorities beyond AI and technology as required, working horizontally across SFO initiatives.

Minimum qualifications
  • Years of experience in AI, data, technology strategy, analytics, product, finance, operations, or a related field, with responsibility for applying technology to business problems.
  • Experience researching, evaluating, and communicating insights on emerging technologies, platforms, or vendors to support business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical tradeoffs (cost, latency, reliability, model performance) into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, computer science, information systems, analytics, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience evaluating AI use cases in finance, operations, product, risk, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience supporting build-vs-buy analyses, vendor diligence, or technology strategy efforts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data environments and their role in AI adoption, data consolidation, and long-term data strategy.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments where analyses and recommendations directly inform senior leadership decisions.

How you'll work
  • This role is based on-site, Monday through Friday.
  • In-person collaboration is considered essential for onboarding, productivity, and effective partnership.
  • The role requires daily use of a computer and audio equipment
