DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY (FULL TIME-DIRECT HIRE)

8+ years of progressive technology and IT leadership experience.
Experience within commercial finance, specialty lending, banking, fintech environments is preferred.
regulated financial services environments preferred
Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap.
Optimization, cybersecurity, AI governance, and operational scalability.
Manage and optimize the company's Loan Management System ( "LMS ).
Lead the migration of the existing LMS environment to a new enterprise platform.
Manage integrations between internal systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, banking.
SaaS product operations and growth.
Lead enterprise data analytics and reporting initiatives-Power BI, ERP systems, and LMS platforms.
Manage information security governance, risk mitigation, and technology controls.
Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives with external vendors, consultants, auditors, and MSP.
Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery preparedness, business continuity planning.
Lead enterprise technology projects from planning through implementation.
Develop, manage, and forecast the IT budget, including project-level budget management.
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
Working knowledge and experience with modern AI platform(s) (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot), including prompt engineering, workflow integration, AI-assisted decision support.
