Job Title: Technical Support Analyst II

Location: Moon Township, PA

Pay rate: $22.15.hr on W2

Overview

The Technical Support Analyst II is a customer-centric role responsible for providing technical support to the end-user community and associated enterprise applications, network connectivity, desktop infrastructure (both physical and virtual), operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users across enterprise applications, desktop infrastructure, operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Manage support requests across multiple communication channels, including:

Incoming phone calls
Tickets submitted through the ServiceNow ticketing system
Instant messaging
Email (Microsoft & Google)

Record and resolve reported incidents, service requests, and access requests within agreed service levels.
Investigate and respond to support requests by following documented processes and procedures.
Work toward restoring or fulfilling IT services for end users in the most efficient manner possible.
May include after-hours support.
