Summary
Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with conversations across various social media platforms to foster community interaction.
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content, ensuring alignment with best practices for each platform.
- Identify and secure user-generated content for use across social channels.
- Provide insights on trends and opportunities to enhance engagement and content strategies.
- Collaborate with team members on campaign and content creation, bringing ideas from concept to execution.
- A college degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Forward-thinking and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Passion for pop culture and retail trends.
- Experience with social media design tools and analytics platforms.
