Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will lead design, configuration, and implementation efforts while partnering with business stakeholders to drive financial process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO (FI & CO) modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Configure and customize core FI components (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting)
• Configure CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing
• Lead integration efforts with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
• Drive financial closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Provide leadership in solution design, testing, and deployment phases
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior consultants
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of integration points across SAP modules
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting
• Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification
• Experience with SAP Fiori and reporting tools
• Exposure to SAP Central Finance or Group Reporting
• Prior experience in large enterprise environments
