Location: Remote (U.S.)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager skilled in hybrid delivery methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects that impact end-users, specifically within an End User Computing project portfolio. This role requires the ability to manage the trajectory of two or more projects simultaneously while ensuring fiscal oversight and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects using a hybrid approach of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Provide fiscal oversight related to project capital and expense funds.
- Maintain a comprehensive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) log for all projects.
- Oversee the delivery of projects that have a direct impact on end-users.
- Manage at least two projects concurrently, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools, including ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), and M365.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering technical projects.
- Proven ability in managing projects within an End User Computing portfolio.
- Experience with fiscal oversight for both Capital and Expense allocations.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Proficiency with the M365 suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is desired.
