Job Description

seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Conversational AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions across Microsoft and Google ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Google Dialogflow CX, Google CCAI Services, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. This role focuses on building intelligent conversational agents, integrating AI services with enterprise applications, designing APIs, and delivering secure, scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions.
• Build conversational agents and virtual assistants using Microsoft and Google AI platforms.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and enterprise applications.
• Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Language Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Develop conversational agents using Google Dialogflow CX, Google Conversational Agents, CX Agent Studio, and Google CCAI Services.
• Implement NLP techniques to improve chatbot understanding and response quality.
• Train, deploy, and monitor AI models.
• Create custom indexes, manage enterprise data sources, and improve intent matching.
• Build Enterprise Looker Dashboards for AI performance monitoring.
• Develop SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX Designers, Project Managers, and technical teams.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and enterprise standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution presentations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master's preferred).

• Minimum 2 years implementing AI Conversational Agents using Microsoft and Google ecosystems.
• Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Foundry for Agentic AI development.
• Mandatory experience developing SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Mandatory experience with Google Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI Services.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on solution design and implementation experience.
