DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Location: Hybrid, 4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote per week
Candidate location: Candidate MUST currently reside in the Eastern Time Zone AND be willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Emphases for the MS Power Platform Developer candidate will be part of a team focusing on agency efforts to design, build, and implement solutions that supportmodernization of financial and administrative systems. The Developer willleverage Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)and Dynamics 365 to create applications, workflows, and integrations that meetbusiness needs. This role requires strong technical expertise to configure andcustomize solutions, analyze data, and ensure compliance with securitystandards. The Developer will collaborate with system owners and subject matterexperts (SMEs) to gather requirements, design future-state workflows, anddeliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities include developing and testingapplications, creating dashboards and reports, troubleshooting issues, andsupporting deployment activities. The candidate will work in a team environmentwith other IT staff and program area SMEs to ensure successful implementationand operational support.
Specific duties andresponsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Design and build low-code business applications usingMicrosoft Power Apps.
• Develop Model-Driven Apps including forms, views, anddashboards.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications(Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations – role dependent).
• Automate business processes and approvals using PowerAutomate.
• Implement customization and configuration usingJavaScript for form scripting.
• Develop C# plugins and custom workflows for Dynamics365.
• Create Power Automate flows for automation of businessprocess flows.
• Integrate solutions with Web APIs and Azure Functions.
• Perform ERP/CRM integrations and data migrations.
Configuresecurity including role-based access and field security profiles.
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)including solution management, upgrades, and patching.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications andDataverse data models.
• Configure entities (tables), forms, views, anddashboards.
• Implement complex business logic and optimizeperformance.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems(SharePoint, SQL, ERP, CRM, third-party tools).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gatherrequirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain apps, flows, andintegrations.
• Support production deployments and post-go-liveenhancements.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of allsolutions.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updatingprocedures.
• Provide technical guidance to functional consultantsand project teams.
• Translatingbusiness requirements into working solutions
• Supportingusers after go-live (bugs, enhancements)
• Adheres to Information Technology applicationdevelopment standards and security requirements.
• Maintain system documentation

5. 5+Years of experience with Scripting
– PowerShell, JavaScript +C#
6. 5+Years of Experience with
