BI Developer/Analyst with strong expertise in Qlik technologies

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BI Developer/Analyst with strong expertise in Qlik technologies to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView
• Build and optimize ETL processes and data models
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization
• Provide technical documentation and user support
• Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
• Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs (REST/JSON)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (SaaS and on-prem) and QlikView
• Experience with NPrinting for reporting
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience in ETL development and data transformation
• Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is desirable
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and project tracking tools (JIRA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Qlik certifications (Data Architect / Business Analyst)
• Experience working with global clients (preferably U.S.-based)
• Exposure to multiple industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Oil & Gas
