Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in the financial services or banking domain. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help cross-functional teams deliver projects successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles to improve productivity and delivery.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and project teams to manage priorities and dependencies.
  • Identify and resolve impediments and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Track sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with banking or financial services teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Mandatory experience in the banking or financial services domain.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and sprint management.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional teams.
