Interested in helping our client scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers? We are looking for a senior product manager who enjoys solving problems, collaborates easily, and embodies all of our core values (Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative, Involved).

As a member of the Buying Programs Product Management organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to scope, prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations to drive impact for our end customer.

This position requires someone who can transition from high-level, strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate has the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading complex projects from end-to-end.

Responsibilities:
  • Create business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap and collaborate with the engineering, design, legal, finance, and sales teams to build business cases, drive requirements, and determine the best technical implementation method and schedule to make thoughtful tradeoffs to balance quality, customer value, and schedule.
  • Develop a 9 - 18+ month roadmap with the ability to define and prioritize key themes.
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value from Concept Acceptance through to Release to Production.
  • Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership from inception to delivery; drive ground-breaking, customer-impacting initiatives by translating long-term strategies into solutions.
  • Connect with customers on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and problems. Develop a detailed understanding of business and product strategy to influence decision making, business rationale, and key findings to customers at different levels across the organization.

Required Skills:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or any advanced degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5+ years of full-time relevant work experience.
  • Expertise in Coding, Contracting, Order Management or Provisioning is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience in or strong understanding of managing complete, end-to-end life cycles.
  • Well-versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of business and product strategy to present and influence decision making of concepts, business rationale and key findings to stakeholders and leaders at the Sr. Director level and above.
  • Demonstrates understanding of our customers' needs, how sales teams work, and can effectively adapt with an evolving business.
  • Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view; a problem solver who can determine the best way to tackle the issues at hand while planning for the future.
