Job Summary:
We re looking for a highly creative Contract Designer. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced mid-level designer who will lend their expertise to our Front Store (retail) business line. The Designer supports the development of creative ideas for advertising marketing campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the Group Manager, this role works closely with design and writing peers to design, develop and edit on-brand creative that supports business objectives.
The Designer partners with Creative Directors, ACDs, Art Directors/Senior Designers and Writers to produce assets across paid, email, social, animation and print. This role takes direction from senior creative team members, works within established creative guidelines and brand standards, and contributes to projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a foundational understanding of design, strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, professionalism, strong communication skills, reliability, and effective time management, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while supporting aggressive business goals.
Required Qualifications:

3 5 years of experience as a designer in an agency and/or corporate environment
Ability to understand how individual projects connect to broader campaign strategies
Strong attention to detail and solid production design capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Well-organized with the ability to communicate multiple ideas and creative solutions clearly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, reliable, and effective with time management
Strong team player with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Ability to take creative direction, learn quickly, and remain open to feedback and new ideas
Proficient on a Mac with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications: Retail experience is preferred
Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is desired
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Generate impactful creative ideas for pitch decks and presenting them
Support, generate and edit creative concepts that deliver and adhere to the brand vision, brand standards and/or campaign themes, while ensuring consistency
Bring creative ideas to life across a wide range of assets across paid, earned and owned channels could include, but not limited to print, signing, email, social media, marketing collateral and digital/web
Collaboration with design and writing peers, as well as various internal stakeholders
Partner with design peers and implementation to deliver on the brief
Support work as assigned by ACD
