Pay Rate : $60 -$65/hr
We have an immediate need for a D365 Rollout Lead based in Richardson, TX 75082, working in a hybrid model with a mix of onsite and remote collaboration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise CRM transformation initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end rollout and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and successful delivery across multiple phases. You will work as a techno-functional lead, driving functional design, system configuration, and customizations using plugins, JavaScript, custom workflows, and Power Automate. The position requires hands-on involvement in integrations using APIs, web services such as WCF, and Azure-based services, along with managing model-driven applications. You will also play a key role in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and seamless transitions. Additionally, you will contribute to peer reviews, code enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with deep knowledge of functional flows, system configuration, and customization techniques. Experience with Power Automate, Azure services, and integration frameworks is essential, along with solid understanding of data migration strategies. You should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive successful CRM implementations.
