RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data & AI Program Manager in Columbia, MO.

Summary:
We're seeking a collaborative Program Manager to help drive strategic data, analytics, and AI initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with business and technology teams to coordinate work, improve processes, and support successful delivery of enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives focused on data strategy, analytics, and emerging technologies
* Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support organizational goals
* Facilitate planning sessions, team discussions, and program reviews to ensure projects stay on track
* Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, communication, and delivery processes
* Help teams navigate challenges, manage risks, and achieve desired business outcomes
* Monitor program progress and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders
* Support adoption of modern delivery practices and continuous improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred
* 3+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or initiatives in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups
* Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar delivery methodologies
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working with both business and technical audiences
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
* Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
* Candidates must be available to work onsite in Columbia, MO every other week

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
