AI/ML Architect

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect with strong expertise in building AI/ML and Generative AI applications, hosting AI services, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms. Experience with ServiceNow development and integrations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Build and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for business use cases.
Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and platforms.
Provide solution architecture, technical guidance, and project tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders and support implementation activities.
Required Skills:
12+ years of IT experience with strong AI/ML architecture expertise.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Strong Python and API integration experience.
Experience hosting and deploying AI services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
Experience integrating AI capabilities within ServiceNow platforms.
