We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be technically hands-on, with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and healthcare platforms, along with experience leading enterprise development teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex, SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow & Automation
- Service Cloud & Health Cloud
- REST APIs & Integrations
- FHIR/HL7
- Event-driven architecture / Kafka
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud preferred.
- Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
- Experience with Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD.
- Strong healthcare payer/provider knowledge, including claims, case management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer II / Architect / Agentforce Specialist certifications.
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation.
- AI-enabled Salesforce and modern platform capabilities.
- Experience working across large Agile/SAFe technology organizations.
