Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Salesforce environments through configuration, user management, reporting, release management, data quality initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments to support business requirements.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Develop and maintain Reports and Dashboards to provide business insights.
  • Create and manage Custom Objects, Record Types, and Page Layouts.
  • Perform User Management, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies.
  • Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage data migration activities and ensure data quality standards are maintained.
  • Support integrations and APIs across Salesforce and external systems.
  • Perform testing, release management, and deployment activities.
  • Create end-user documentation and provide user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform efficiency and usability.
  • Ensure system configurations align with business and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
