IT Manager (Laboratory Information Systems)

Vaco is actively looking for an IT Manager to sit on-site 5 days a week in Kannapolis, NC. Must be able to work on a W2 basis and no sponsorship is offered for the role. Unfortunately there are no 3rd party vendors for this role. 

Required skills:
5+ years experience as an IT Manager or leadership role 
**Hands on experience implementing or administering LIMS systems** Candidates must have supported Laboratory Systems to be considered for this role. 
Experience managing budgets
Strong communication and ability to work with outside vendors
Able to work independently and on a smaller team 
PMP or ITIL experience is preferred
