Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product delivery in a Scaled Agile environment.
The candidate will manage the product backlog, define and prioritize features, participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product backlog, features, and user stories.
Participate in PI Planning and support roadmap execution.
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile teams to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Track and manage delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align.
Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Owner experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
Experience working in Program Increments (PIs) and large-scale Agile programs.
Strong understanding of dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira Align.
Experience creating and managing Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
SAFe POPM or Agile certification.
Experience working with enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
