Kforce has a client in Hackensack, NJ that is seeking a Fenergo CLM Architect.
Summary:
The Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative is a strategic modernization effort to transform how our client onboards and manages its commercial clients. Leveraging Fenergo, a leading SaaS-based CLM platform, the program aims to deliver a fully digital and streamlined onboarding experience. The initiative focuses on implementing straight through processing, robust workflow automation, and integrated KYC/AML compliance capabilities, while improving operational efficiency and reducing manual touchpoints. By configuring Fenergo's modular components and integrating them with existing systems, the program is enabling a unified onboarding journey that enhances regulatory adherence and delivers a smooth, transparent experience for commercial clients. Overall, this initiative positions the bank to reduce onboarding times, improve data quality, strengthen compliance outcomes, and offer a modern, digital-first client experience across the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with Product Owners to Translate Business Requirements
* Collaborate closely with product owners and SMEs to understand onboarding, KYC, and CLM requirements
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions and refine epics, features, and user stories
* Translate business processes into Fenergo configurations, workflows, and rules
* Design End to End Solutions Leveraging the Fenergo Platform
* Architect client lifecycle management (CLM) solutions using Fenergo modules, rules, data models, and UI components
* Ensure functional and technical designs adhere to best practices and regulatory standards
* Produce detailed design documents, mapping documents, and configuration specifications
* Execute Sprint Deliverables and Participate in Agile Ceremonies
* Work on sprint commitments such as configuration, rules building, integration updates, UI modeling, or defect fixes
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-4 years of overall experience
* 3+ years of experience with API Development & Integration
* 3+ years of experience with Software Engineering & SDLC
* 2+ years of experience Agile Methodology
* 1-2 years of experience with Core Fenergo Components
* Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Fenergo modules to support onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, client outreach, and operational workflows
* Ability to translate compliance and CLM requirements into Fenergo configuration changes, rule updates, UI models, and workflow logic
* Understanding of how these components interact across the CLM ecosystem
* Strong knowledge of RESTful API concepts as both service provider and consumer
* Hands-on experience using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred) to build, expose, and consume APIs
* Proficiency with common data exchange formats including JSON, YAML, and XML
* Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, version control, and modular design
* Problem-solving & analytical skills
* Ability to analyze complex onboarding or KYC workflows and convert them into scalable CLM configurations
* Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially across multi system integrations
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
* Familiarity with sprint ceremonies, story estimation, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery
* Ability to collaborate with product owners, QA, architects, and other developers effectively
* Understanding of KYC/AML regulatory frameworks (CDD, EDD, FATCA, CRS, etc.) preferred
Practical experience with:
* Flow Studio for workflow design
* External Adapters for third party integrations
* Access Layers and security configurations
* Journey Launchpads to design client journeys
Experience working in full SDLC environments, including:
* Requirements analysis
* Technical design
* Development
* Unit/integration testing
* Deployment and support
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
