Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in the NVIDIA ecosystem to lead client engagements from pre-sales and scoping through delivery and project closeout.

This is a billable, client-facing role requiring strong technical fluency and project leadership skills. The ideal candidate will understand NVIDIA hardware, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, and related technologies well enough to bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, sales, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of continuity throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales through delivery and closeout.
• Participate in pre-sales technical discussions, scope engagements, assess feasibility, and develop project plans.
• Act as the key liaison between engineers, architects, NVIDIA specialists, clients, sales, and leadership.
• Maintain a strong working understanding of NVIDIA hardware/software, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML systems, and networking.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and dependencies.
• Identify and proactively resolve risks, blockers, escalations, and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead project status meetings, technical discussions, executive updates, and client communications.
• Manage scope changes and client expectations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with NVIDIA and NVIDIA partner resources for technical alignment and escalations.
• Drive project closeout, including documentation handoff, lessons learned, and transition to support/operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of project/program management experience, including significant technical project management experience.
• Hands-on experience within the NVIDIA ecosystem, including GPUs, DGX systems, CUDA, AI Enterprise, Omniverse, or NVIDIA infrastructure deployments.
• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, including pre-sales, scoping, implementation, delivery, and closeout.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, GPU platforms, architecture, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Experience working in a billable consulting/professional services environment.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering NVIDIA AI infrastructure, data center, or GPU cluster projects.
• Background in systems integration, IT infrastructure, or AI/ML project delivery.
• Experience working with the NVIDIA partner ecosystem.
• Previous experience with a system integrator, consulting, or professional services organization.
• Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
