Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and produce mid- to high-complexity departmental reports and spreadsheets, including project/product strategy analysis, historical reporting, workflow analysis, and financial analysis.
• Identify trends and emerging issues, develop project plans, organize events, synthesize stakeholder input, and communicate findings via white papers, reports, etc.
• Perform complex analysis and judgment across multiple disciplines to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation, including documentation and custom tools.
• Contribute to planning and execution of new projects to meet business objectives.
• Take a lead role in audit support activities including compliance testing and user recertifications.
• Manage implementation of new systems, products, or regulatory changes.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and tech teams for system support and issue resolution.
• Adhere to compliance and operational risk policies and internal control standards.

What You'll Need to Have:

• 3+ years of experience in a reporting or data analytics role.
• Experience with Alteryx for building automated workflows, data blending, and streamlining ETL processes across large datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures to support in-depth data analysis and validation.
• Proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to develop interactive dashboards, data models, and visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Strong data storytelling and visualization abilities, translating analytical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
