About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Celonis Technical Developer / Data Modeler with hands-on experience in Celonis EMS (Execution Management System) and process mining. The role involves building and enhancing data models, action flows, KPIs, and dashboards to drive process optimization and business insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Celonis (minimum 3 years) along with exposure to AI/ML concepts. You will collaborate with US and UK stakeholders (Birmingham/London) to deliver scalable and impactful process mining solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize Celonis data models for process mining initiatives
Develop and maintain Action Flows to automate business processes
Create and manage KPIs, dashboards, and analytical views within Celonis
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems
Write and optimize queries using PQL (Process Query Language)
Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and model scalability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support integration of Celonis with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
Leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance process insights and automation (preferred)
Troubleshoot and resolve data/model-related issues

Required Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis (mandatory)
Strong expertise in Celonis Data Modeling and PQL
Experience building Action Flows, KPIs, and Dashboards
Solid understanding of process mining concepts
Strong experience with SQL and data transformation
Experience in ETL / Data Integration / Data Pipelines
Knowledge of AI / Machine Learning concepts
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer), AML, or Compliance domains
Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other ERP systems
Familiarity with Python or scripting languages
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Celonis certifications (Data Engineer / Analyst)
